"Since you asked.....normally, I am an easy to please person, but....
The reason i stayed here was to have good access to the Philly airport since my flight was so early the next day (7 am) and i could get proper sleep. WELL! There was constant noise from about 8 pm until well after midnight! People talking loudly, kids screaming, babies crying, doors slamming, and to top it all off, a fire alarm went off for 15 minutes at about 1130 pm!!! I could not believe it! Then in the morning, the desk clerk refused to tell me how much my bill was, saying that was between me and my "agent"....he was not courteous about it, either, like he could have been. If I do fly into PA again the way i did it this time, I WILL stay here again, but you do need to know about the poor customer service.
